Welcome to Vanshdhara. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vanshdhara mobile application and related services. By using Vanshdhara, you agree to these terms.

About Vanshdhara

Vanshdhara is a family tree and genealogy application developed by Xyracel Services Limited, a UK-based company. Our service allows you to build family trees, document your heritage, and connect with relatives.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vanshdhara. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent to use the service.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when creating your account
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in Vanshdhara, including family tree data, photos, and biographical information. By using our service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content to provide the service.

You agree that any content you upload:

• Does not infringe on the rights of others
• Is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Does not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material
• Respects the privacy of family members you add

Adding Family Members

When adding other people to your family tree:

• You should have their consent for living individuals where possible
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
• You must respect privacy settings and co-ownership rights
• You should not add false or misleading information about others

Subscriptions and Payments

Vanshdhara offers free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free: Basic features with limited generations
• Premium: Unlimited generations, advanced features
• Premium+: Additional features including extended family view

Subscription payments are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to the respective app store's policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Vanshdhara for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users
• Scrape or collect data from the service without permission
• Use the service to spam or distribute unsolicited content

Intellectual Property

The Vanshdhara name, logo, and application design are the property of Xyracel Services Limited. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Vanshdhara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of genealogical information

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will endeavour to provide notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
