Vanshdhara is a family tree and genealogy application developed by Xyracel Services Limited, a UK-based company. Our Service allows you to build family trees, document your heritage, upload photos, and connect with relatives.
You may create an account on Vanshdhara at any age. Account creation requires only your name and a valid email address or phone number.
You must be at least 13 years old to create or manage a family tree. When you attempt to create your first family tree, you will be asked to provide your date of birth to verify your age. This requirement exists to comply with:

Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create, including family tree data, photos, and biographical information.
Licence to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service. This licence ends when you delete your content or account.

When adding other people to your family tree:
You may invite up to 4 family members as co-owners of your family tree. Co-owners can view and edit shared content. Only invite people you trust. You can revoke co-ownership at any time through the app settings.
Vanshdhara offers the following subscription tiers:
Billing: Subscription payments are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are subject to the policies of Google Play or Apple App Store.

The Vanshdhara name, logo, and application design are the property of Xyracel Services Limited. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You can export or delete your data at any time through the app settings.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will endeavour to provide notice of planned maintenance where possible.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, service interruptions, disputes with other users, and issues with third-party services.
Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xyracel Services Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
By You: You may delete your account at any time through the app settings (Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account). Your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
